Nate the Great . . . . . . part 1

Happy Birthday Nate!

July 23rd is Nate's birthday. We thought that we'd put up a few pictures. I had so much fun picking out old pictures that I will have to post them all in 2 parts.

As a crew member. Sheet that sail!
Every Wednesday for a couple of summers, Nate and Gretchen were crew on a yacht that raced on Lake Michigan.
Here's a pic of Nate.

Nate holding Haley as a baby.

Nate is steering the ferry that is taking them up the coast of Alaska.

Nate dressed for winter sled dog racing.
They did actually go out on a ride with a team of sled dogs.
Their sled was on wheels for the summer.

Nate and his pet snake Houdini.
Hmm . . . . can you guess why he was named that???

The Fish.

Nate and Michael.

Nate and Ken on a missions trip, building a home in Mexico.

Paint balling.

As a beginning film maker.
He was also an actor in this family movie started as part of Matthew's birthday.

In an acting class. He was doing a scene from "Our Town".

As a passenger sailing off the southern most tip of Africa.

Nate: the man of many hats!
