A BIG sewing project !

Haley's been working on a dress from the civil war time period.
Just this week she finished her collar and under sleeves. She's having so much fun walking around in it. It's beautiful and the skirt moves like a bell.

Her cats were intrigued with this big skirt. They noticed it the minute she stepped outside. They couldn't figure out how to get close to their favorite girl. I think that the tiger striped kitten wanted to climb up the skirt, but found out that it moves when you put weight on it.

There's an art to sitting in one of these contraptions!

The rich colors go so beautifully with our fall decorations.

It was easy to get Haley to smile because there is at least one kitten hidden beneath her hoop. =)

Haley you were persistent and did a wonderful job!
Way to go.

Great job Haley! I remember when Jessica made a dress very similar and so I know how much hard work that is and I appreciate it all the more! It is just beautiful and the photos looks so nice next to the mums! The kittens also add an element of charm!
