Sending hugs to you, dear sister. Dads are sure special, and I grieve with you, but not as without hope.

Will give you hugs in person soon!!

Love,
Christine

You know he's dancing in the streets...while you miss him here.
It won't be long, just a little while, till you dance with him.

Very good picture of your Dad! Was this at Gretchen's wedding? He has a twinkle in his eye! (and we have a tear in ours)

I just saw this...we are so sorry for your loss. Our condolences and prayers for your family. May God's peace overwhelm you in these difficult days. I am so glad we have to wait "just a little bit longer." What a joyous day THAT will be! Such great hope.

Thank you all for your hugs and encouraging words.

When I feel sad I imagine what it must be like to have been trapped in a failing body and in a moment, in one breath to be breathing in the air of heaven. Totally free. Thank you Lord Jesus.

Dear Sisson Clan.....I can definitely feel both your pain and your relief (or Bud's release) in his passing. I miss my Dad almost every day, but he would not have been happy to live longer in the fact that he had no mind, really, anymore. I know he's whole and happy now. I miss you all. This blog has been an absolutely wonderful "catch up" for me! Much love, Diane (Christensen) Wilson
