Pizza Power

I discovered the most wonderful pizza tip.  Last weekend Andrew brought some fresh pizzas for dinner.  You pop them into the oven and take out  fresh hot pizza.  Well those pizzas came on parchment paper on top of the cardboard.  Instructions were to slip them into the oven right on the parchment.  They cooked beautifully. The crust was perfect and slightly crispy and there were NO pans to clean!

Next time we had pizza I whipped out the parchment paper, put the pizza on it and put them directly onto the oven shelf.  The pizza turned out perfectly!

Maybe the rest of you knew this already?!?  In case you didn't . . . . . . .enjoy easier pizza!

You don't have to use parchment even...just slide that pizza pie right off onto the rack. Keep a round handy to pull it out with. Just like eating out! Do the same with frozen ones and no more soggy crust.
Been doing this a long time.

Thanks "T". It's good to have some time for posting and keeping up with all my friends. I've missed everyone.

You know I tried the pizza right on the rack before but somehow I always end up with a smoking oven. Yikes! "bewildered look"
