Monday we celebrated our last evening together as a family. Ken was heading out of town, and friends and family were beginning to gather the next day.
We'd never been to this new restaurant before.
We had such a good time together!
This was the appetizer, a tower of onion rings.
Gretchen got a phone call during dinner. Kyle's basketball team was about to play their weekly game. I asked what their name was--Kyle said The Underdogs. Hum, name or position??
Not to worry---- later we heard they won. (I think this might be the first time)
SHOCK AND AWE
Can't believe we ate the whole thing.
After all that we had humongous hamburgers. We could barely waddle out of there.
Waddle we did, back to home for some rousing games of Mexican Dominoes.
Did you know that you can disguise yourself with dominoes?? In case you couldn't recognize him, this is Matthew with mustache.
We rounded out the evening (and ourselves) with a movie and Nate's famous Chocolate Shakes.
