We had a red white & blue celebration on Monday evening. Najah was sworn in as a United States citizen that day!
This seems to be the year of completion for him, graduate school and citizenship! We are very proud of you Najah!
He was quizzing the kids on what the stars and stripes stand for on the flag. Do you know? Can you name all 13 original colonies??
We started the meal with prayer and sang "God Bless America". It was exhilarating.The United States is truly the land of opportunity. We take it for granted, but those from other countries know.
